Germany's jobless rate dropped to a 16-year low during the month of September. 7.4 percent of the workforce, or just over 3 million people, were out of work during the month.
115,000 new jobs were created in September and the government says its reforms are the reason. Opposition parties however blame the government for not doing enough to bring those jobless numbers down even further.
