Lebanon's Suleiman in Syria for landmark talks ... reported that a car rigged with 200 kilograms of explosives blew up on the city's airport road near a popular Shi'ite shrine. Syrian Interior Minister General Bassam Abdel Majid called the incident a terrorist attack, and said authorities were trying to determine who was responsible. He did not say who or what the target was supposed to be.
