At least four people have been killed and 30 injured in a blast which ripped through a security checkpoint outside Pakistan's northwestern city of Peshawar.
Details are still sketchy. Al Qaeda-linked militants have set off numerous bombs in Pakistan over the past year, many of them in the northwest and aimed at security forces.
