Kuchtova decides to run for Czech Greens head against Bursik ... voted against it. Bursik's rival, SZ deputy head Dana Kuchtova who will run against him in the Saturday election, wanted changes to the party statutes to be deleted from the congress agenda. Her proposal was supported by 110 delegates, while 162 were against it. Bursik's supporters commanded a majority in the votes on other proposals as well. Bursik himself has proposed 250 modifications to the statutes, of which those concerning the SZ National Council are crucial.
He wants the council not to have its separate leadership but to be headed by the party chairperson.
