Anti-Chinese demonstrators arrested in Nepal ... Bihar state have been flooded for more than two weeks after monsoon rains caused the Kosi River in neighboring Nepal to burst its banks and turn hundreds of square miles of India's impoverished Bihar state into a giant lake.
The floods have forced more than three million people from their homes, destroyed 250,000 acres of farmland and killed at least 90 people.
