Czech CSSD head lodges criminal complaint against MP Wolf ... that the elements of the U.S. missile defence system on Czech and Polish soil would contribute to the undesirable return of a bi-polar division of the world and the cold war," Paroubek and Napieralski said in the statement.The two Social Democrat parties' chairmen called on their governments to adopt a responsible approach and launch a national debate on the treaties."Our position is long-term and is based on the statement of the central European Social Democratic parties that was signed by our parties but also our partners from the entire central Europe a year ago," Paroubek said.The two parties pledged in the memorandum to deepen their cooperation and exchange views and experience in the areas of domestic and foreign policy.
