At a NATO meeting in Brussels, foreign ministers have held a crisis meeting to discuss how to respond to Russia's conflict with Georgia.
German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Russia should pull out of what he called "at least the heart of Georgia" to make possible talks on a durable ceasefire. This follows a US suggestion to suspend the NATO's dialogue with Russia.
