Global Media Forum in Bonn wraps up second day ... is moving towards hurricane strength as it approaches the southern US state of Florida.
The storm earlier grazed Cuba without causing any casualties but left at least five dead in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Florida has declared a state of emergency and authorities in the Florida Keys island archipelago have closed schools, opened shelters and are urging visitors to leave.
