United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has said that the six nations involved in North Korea disarmament talks had what she called a "good" meeting on Wednesday.
Following the informal talks in Singapore, at which she met her North Korean counterpart for the first time, Rice said however that there were no surprises. She said much of the discussion centred on the mechanism to verify North Korea's nuclear programme.
