A sudden strike by a German pilots' union over demands for a pay hike has disrupted flight operations of two Lufthansa domestic subsidiaries.
Lufthansa has reportedly cancelled hundreds of flights by its Eurowings and CityLine units, which operate short-haul connections within Germany and across Europe.
